  Good and Bad unfortunately, I called these Pondworks in to replace a leaking Pond Lining, I have to say that the overall standard of work was OK and the finished result is acceptable, What wasn't really acceptable to me was the sudden increase in cost when it tuned out that the bottom drains of the pond were faulty and the pond would need to be converted so the pump was in the bottom of the pond. The initial quote was for 3 days labour and despite the fact there was only an additional days work the cost increased by £1200 to well over £4000. They did provide a breakdown of the costs but it seems to me they pricing structure is based on what they think they can charge rather than what it actually costs to do. Bare this in mind when getting a quote from them.
